MoU With LESDE

Beer Seba Group of Institutions is honored to announce the formalization of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the LESDE Department, Government of Mizoram. This strategic partnership marks a progressive step toward strengthening pathways for Mizo youth to access sustainable and rewarding international career opportunities.

The MoU was signed on 5 May 2026 at the LESDE Department office in Aizawl. The Department was represented by Pu John Tanpuia, MCS, Director: Representing BGI Ventures were Ms Betty H. Lawmsangpuii, Director; Ms Rempuii Fanai, Assistant Director; and Mr Jun Togami, Native Japanese Language Instructor.

This collaboration holds considerable significance as it bridges institutional support with industry-oriented training, creating a structured ecosystem for global workforce readiness. Through this partnership, eligible youth will gain access to high-quality Japanese language education, professional skill development, and guided pathways into overseas employment markets—particularly in Japan, where there is a growing demand for skilled international talent.

By combining the outreach and governance support of the LESDE Department with BGI’s proven expertise in international training and placement, the initiative aims to enhance employability, promote economic mobility, and contribute to the broader development of human capital in Mizoram. This MoU reflects a shared vision of equipping young individuals with the competencies, confidence, and global exposure needed to succeed in an increasingly interconnected world.
